Made some garlic shrimp pasta today! Lent is coming soon so I promised to eat healthier.
Recipe:
1) cook whole grain thin spaghetti noodles for 4-6 minutes in boiling water
2) boil shrimp for 3-4 minutes
3) add a cm thick butter slice and 1/4 cup of olive oil to a large saucepan on med heat
4) once hot, add onions and garlic
5) add mushrooms
6) add shrimp and spinach
7) add tomato at the very end
8) pour sauce over noodles
